India deaths down, but up in many states on rising population

The estimated number of deaths each year in India has come down significantly between 2010 and 2018. However, in states like Haryana, Punjab, Kerala, Himachal Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, deaths are estimated to have gone up, in some cases substantially. https://ift.tt/368fdc3
